The last weeks episodes “No One” certainly did had its own disappointment and provided with an unsettling feeling towards the episodes as many things as were expected didn’t go correctly. In fact, there weren’t even close, the battle that we felt would take place at Riverrun didn’t really take, upon which Blackfish wasn’t even shown dead and was made to leave the show without any actions. But with the 9th episode “Battle of The Bastards” the expectations were really high as it was going to be a final showdown between the two bastards of the north that we were waiting for a very long time. So before we carry on to review Game Of Thrones 6 Episode 9 Battle of The Bastards, one thing can get said in appreciation that season 6 episode 9 stood up for the traditions Game Of Thrones epic 9th episodes, which didn’t not stick around only in the Winterfell but gave an ally of two ambitious women at the under attacked Meereen and highlights the strength these women possess. Also, with said that it was not just these two in Meereen which grew the scope of the show but we also saw Sansa coming to rescue a man through her plans, let’s look at the episode a bit closely.

Everybody gets together in the tent to strategize for the next morning, assuming and placing the action of their plans. But Sansa speaks her heart notifying Jon that Ramsey is far more creepily clever to fall into the trap they think of planning, instead, he might already have a trap for us and insist him that she won’t get back to Ramsey again, at least not alive. But the most shocking word in the whole of season arrives in the show is when Jon promises to protect her and just then she says, “No one can protect me, No one can protect anybody”

Watching him come to their side Jon rides his horse and move ferociously towards Rickon as Ramsey is trying bow the running Rickon. Another shot by Ramsey and Rickon is dead, watching him die Jon make his move along from the midfield towards the Bolton, Ramsey’s plan has worked Jon alone is approaching towards the Bolton. Tormund orders charge, Jon feels off from his horse and realizes the Bolton cavalry coming towards him. Almost close n Jon prepared with his Longclaw is about to hit but his man arrives in time to begin the battle in force. He carries on cutting, piercing, taking the heads off with his sword, all getting into the mud, the blood and the shower of the arrows coming from above the sky by the Bolton’s but survive until the other wildings join him.
But here is when they get trapped, a well strategized Bolton army takes the few man of Jon into a circle trap, a stabilized formation of an army with the shields in front and pulled out spear through they keep on pinning the trapped army of Wildling taking one step each forward. The mountain of a dead soldier behind them becomes a way for Umbers army to attack from one single escape way the Wildlings and Jon Snow has got. Finding no hope of any successful attack Tormund commands his man to step back and this wave of the man mistakenly bring Jon fall on to the ground making him almost choked and die being stepped on himself by his own people.
Struggling a bit he try hard to push and get through these people, finally rising above and notices huge cavalry reinforcement by Baelish with Sansa has been coming to their help. Ramsey watches his army get killed by the reinforcement and realizing no more man left of him, he makes his move back to the Winterfell. Jon along with the giant Wun Wun and Tormund moves behind him. Ramsey entering the castle advice his man to prepare for the attack from the inside and shut down the main door, Wun Wun breaks the door and find him pierced in spears and arrow onto his body, entering in he gives up, the place is captured by Wildlings and that’s when Ramsey ask Jon to combat one on one. Jon takes a shield as Ramsey fires the bow upon him reaching close to him Jon punches him hard and then on the ground repeats the action ferociously until his face dive in his own blood.
The next we see is Rickon’s Dead body which is ordered to bury next to Ned Stark’s grave underneath and Sansa pay a final visit to Ramsey. All tied up in his own chamber of his wild dogs, Ramsey tells her that he is part of her but Sansa makes up a final point about the disappearances of his being.
The cages around him are open, slowly the hungry Hounds gets out of it and Ramsey think that they won’t kill him as they are his, but he is mistaken and thus is reminded by Sansa that his dogs were not fed for a whole week, just after which the Hounds make an attack and eat him up as he screams and Sansa move away from the cage smiling.

The bastards meet before the final battle, Jon makes a point about “if I fall, do not raise me” to Melisandre and Davos discovers Shireen’s death. Brother in captive is killed and the lost war gains power with a little help. Ramsey is captured and Sansa makes a final point to Ramsey Bolton.
