The last weeks episodes “No One” certainly did had its own disappointment and provided with an unsettling feeling towards the episodes as many things as were expected didn’t go correctly. In fact, there weren’t even close, the battle that we felt would take place at Riverrun didn’t really take, upon which Blackfish wasn’t even shown dead and was made to leave the show without any actions. But with the 9th episode “Battle of The Bastards” the expectations were really high as it was going to be a final showdown between the two bastards of the north that we were waiting for a very long time. So before we carry on to review Game Of Thrones 6 Episode 9 Battle of The Bastards, one thing can get said in appreciation that season 6 episode 9 stood up for the traditions Game Of Thrones epic 9th episodes, which didn’t not stick around only in the Winterfell but gave an ally of two ambitious women at the under attacked Meereen and highlights the strength these women possess. Also, with said that it was not just these two in Meereen which grew the scope of the show but we also saw Sansa coming to rescue a man through her plans, let’s look at the episode a bit closely.

Last we as the attack wasn’t really established and was brought to close with an abrupt end, marking the arrival of Queen of Meereen Daenerys Targaryen has a really interesting and hesitant scenario been taken place inside the pyramid as Tyrion is made to explain the situation which has caused chaos under queen’s absence. But Daenerys is so very adamant over burning down all of her enemy and also we see that fire in her eyes with rage, hence is reminded by Tyrion about such notions and ideologies of the Mad King too when he decided to burn the whole of King’s Landing with the similar thought to bring his enemy down and thus advice her to create certain lenient situation that might bring the Slave masters to have themselves surrender.

Everybody gets together in the tent to strategize for the next morning, assuming and placing the action of their plans. But Sansa speaks her heart notifying Jon that Ramsey is far more creepily clever to fall into the trap they think of planning, instead, he might already have a trap for us and insist him that she won’t get back to Ramsey again, at least not alive. But the most shocking word in the whole of season arrives in the show is when Jon promises to protect her and just then she says, “No one can protect me, No one can protect anybody”

Outside Tormund and Ser Davos Seaworth walk up to their tents in small conversations and as Davos says that he do not sleep much before the battle n reaches a wiped out pyre in the nearby spot. “People Die” says Director and the Cast Teases Season Finale “The Winds Of Winter”

        0

One of the most anticipated episodes is always the one that has been hyped up to extreme levels with this whole week, the director, cast and crew of the show on any of the interview held to discuss the last week’s episode the Battle Of The Bastard, often end up teasing the season’s finale “The Winds of Winter. Surprising interview was when some of the actors and the director of the finale two episodes chatted with The Hollywood Report and referring to “The Winds Of Winter” director Miguel Sapochnik responding to the question about how would he explain the Season 6 finale he said, “it’s the biggest, surprising and People Die”.

Game Of Thrones Season 6 Episode 10 Spoiler- The Winds Of Winter

Well the last two words were quite usual as people often end up being killed in the show every now and then but the very same fact excites us in all manners as to who might that unlucky person be. Even there were few cast members too who had a word or two on what they think of the episode:

Gemma Whelan (Yara Greyjoy): “Thrilling, epic and overwhelming.”
Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane): “Breathtaking, amazing, brilliant.”
Dean-Charles Chapman (Tommen Baratheon): “Worth waiting for.”
Tom Wlaschiha (Jaqen H’Ghar): “The end is near.”
Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth): Redacted, redacted and redacted.

Everybody were being quite smart in not pilling out much, but except for Liam Cunningham who had few more words on how the upcoming and the last episodes be like and what can one actually expect, but without spoiling it even a bit.

“For a couple of seasons, we’ve built up to episode nine. We have this huge episode nine, and then going into episode 10, we see where we are for the season, and we start setting up the next season. It’s going to be a little bit different this time. You can certainly say there are going to be some surprises in the next episode.”

Certainly that has been the case if traditionally spoken when we look back at some of our epic episode 9, from the beginning of season 1 to season 5 episodes that made the pre-finale moment way exciting and hence hyped the finale were, Baelor (Season 1), Blackwater (Season 2), The Rains of Castamere (Season 3), Watchers on the Wall (Season 4), The Dance of Dragon (Season 5) and the last week’s Season 6 epic Battle of The Bastard, only promises that the game of thrones tradition will be followed only to make the final episode be beat the shit out of us, even though it leaves us with an irresistible speculative plot for the next Season 7 for next year in 2017. According to Cunningham Season 6 Episode 10 “The “Winds Of Winter” it quite deferring to anything finale that we have came across in whole of the series, It’s not a recap. There are very big events that are going to happen.”

Calling the interview off, he found his final four words everyone should be aware of and they were, “Do. Not. Miss. It.” The Game Of Thrones 6 Episode 10 opens is scheduled at 9 p.m. EST tomorrow night only on HBO Networks.

With Winter Comes the Night’s King, Massive War, and End of Series Says Showrunner

          0

Season 6 finale went down last Sunday with Episode “The Winds Of Winter” and it certainly set the stage for all the characters ambitious approach, thus making the further story of them already a tempting edition of Game Of Thrones. That said and done the finale certainly hints the rage, conflicting future, threat and more epic war to coming in Game Of Thrones Season 7 and it also is taking the show one step closer to the final seasons of the series. To discuss potentially how much more time is left for the entire show to come to a definite end and what lies in the future of the character in the next edition of Game Of Thrones with season 7, the Showrunner David Benioff and D. B. Weiss elaborately came together in an interview conducted by Deadline.

Season 6 probably would be the single season, which has almost 7 of the episode been written by showrunner David Benioff and D. B. Weiss and rest of the three by other. That certainly showed the impact of their writing in each of the episodes throughout the season, this storyline this year has been a creation which doesn’t take much from George R. R. Martins Book series “A Soong Of Ice and Fire” and move on their own content except few reference material from the book. This helped it ultimately to fulfill the need of the characters and brought them to the final acts of the show in the very engaging and thrilling manner. So answering about their respective experience of writing the past two seasons Benioff and Weiss had to say this,

“It’s great, because things have finally, in the past season or two, started to contract in a very positive way. It was such an expansive world for such a long time. Obviously, we’ve had to say goodbye to a lot of characters and storylines we loved a lot. The ones that are left are ones we’ve been engaged in so long. Writing for Maisie [Williams] is always great, writing for Peter [Dinklage] and Emilia [Clarke] is great, especially now that they’ve come together in the same story line. Writing all the stuff for Kit [Harington] and all of the epic stuff he went through to get to now. There isn’t anyone left we don’t love writing for, because we’ve been writing for them, for so long. We know then so well at this point.”

With that, we realized how astonishing the premise of the show has become, after all, the events that took place in the finale episode had some major outcomes the sequences hinted at. For instance the sequence of Arya Stark killing Walder Frey in Twins, had us made to believe that with her target of killing Walder Frey, she had her eyes on Jaime throughout and because he is a Lannister, Jaime just have ended up becoming her target but Benioff elaborates on what went inside her head during the particular moment.

“The eyes she was making toward him were about who he was, and the murderous wheels of vengeance were spinning in her brain over how, maybe, she could get a two for one on this deal. That ends up not happening, though, and she takes care of the original target.”

Game Of Thrones Season 6 Arya Stark Killing Walder Frey

The finale even saw a whole different side of Cersei taking over the Throne, the most unexpected move of her in the show. This made us realize how things are about to get way more terrifying in King’s Landing. Earlier she did all kind of bad thing to secure the future, secret and safety of her children but now all of them dead and gone we are pretty much assure to see the yet another cruel and mean Cersei Lannister the Queen, even Weiss agrees to this saying, “Next season is going to be about; finding out what Cersei’s mindset is. Who is she? While Cersei has certainly done a lot of horrible things in her life and she could be a very cruel person”, teasing the season 7 Weiss continued, “She genuinely loved her children. Now they’re all gone, and I think that is very interesting for us. Who is she without her children? The answer is something you’ll find out next season.”

Game Of Thrones Season 7 Cersei Lannister Spoiler

So as we would be looking forward to how the next season be filled with other than war among the Seven Kingdom and even so focusing more on to the real threat the world inside Game Of Thrones is about faces. The winds in the Westeros have changed and finally the Winter has come and with winter comes the dark moments we all have been anticipating, the army of Dead and White Walkers lead by the evil mighty Night King. But Weiss does not consider him the villain of the show and provide us with the certain interesting description of him and as insight into what takes place in Season 7.

“I don’t think of the Night King as a villain as much as, Death. He is not like Joffrey or Ramsey. He’s not really human anymore. To me, evil comes when you have a choice between that and good, and you choose the wrong way. The Night King doesn’t have a choice; he was created that way, and that’s what he is. In some ways, he’s just death, coming for everyone in the story, coming for all of us. In some ways, it’s appropriate he doesn’t speak. What’s death going to say? Anything would diminish him. He’s just a force of destruction. I don’t think we’ve ever been tempted to write dialogue for the Night King. Anything he said would be anticlimactic.”

Game of Thrones Season 7 Spoiler

We are certainly aware of him and his army but to move south they would have to cross over the Wall and as Benioff says, “that they’ve established the Wall has spells woven into its foundations” while Benjen Stark moving back to the snowy woods in the north after leaving Bran and Meera close enough to the wall so that they could head south.

In the earlier stated interview, Benioff and Weiss had made it quite clear that the show have been moving toward the end and it’s going to be final 13 hours of the story left before the series come to close and once again they make a point of it here but with an uncertain figure, “we talked about doing this in 70-75 hours, and that’s what we’ll end up with. Call it 73 for now”

“We’re trying to tell one cohesive story with a beginning, middle and end. As Dan said, we’ve known the end for quite some time and we’re hurtling towards it. Those last images from the show that aired last night showed that. Daenerys is finally coming back to Westeros; Jon Snow is king of the North and Cersei is sitting on the Iron Throne. And we know the Night King is up there, waiting for all of them. The pieces are on the board now. Some of the pieces have been removed from the board and we are heading toward the end game. The thing that has excited us from the beginning, back to the way we pitched it to HBO is, it’s not supposed to be an ongoing show, where every season it’s trying to figure out new story lines. We wanted it to be one giant story, without padding it out to add an extra 10 hours, or because people are still watching it. We wanted to something where, if people watched it end to end, it would make sense as one continuous story. We’re definitely heading into the end game now.”

Now Game Of Thrones being such a massive world dealing with so many conflicts and set among the outrageous violence and politics has to have a definite end so to be remembered as a whole story, but that doesn’t happen for at least another two years with two more Season, however, it will have less number of episodes compared to the present season format. To be precise final 13-15 episodes of it, so best of luck (wait) for season 7 & 8 and keep watching Game Of Thrones.

Gemma Whelan Explains the latest Yara-Daenerys Alliance from the “Battle Of The Bastard”

            0

Gemma Whelan’s character Yara had a very important screen time throughout season 6 and also parts that brought her ambitions crush down after his father’s dead when Euron Greyjoy his uncle came back to Iron Island and thus took away the long seem opportunity to become the first lady ruler of Iron Island that she felt was capable off. But realizing of the threat Uncle Euron might cause to her and brother Theon Greyjoy, they set course all the way to Meereen to seek help of this emerging Queen Daenerys Targaryen, whom they bought a huge number of fleets that could help get Daenerys set sail to Westeros, thus the season 6 saw another great ally between two strong women on the show and as Gemma Whelan playing Yara Greyjoy on the show spoke with Making Game Of Thrones, we received a very insightful set of explanation on the shows latest collaborations took place in the last Sunday episode of “Battle Of The Bastards”.

Game Of Thrones Season 6 Episode 9 Battle Of The Bastards- Yara Greyjoy

During the production of Season 6 when Whelan received the script and knew about the fact that she would be sharing the screen space with the show’s most popular character she stated her reaction saying, “I was so excited when I saw that I had a scene with Daenerys and Tyrion.” But in those moments of Yara and Theon coming across Daenerys and Tyrion in the throne chamber of Meereen, the chemistry between the two characters was ecstatic and there was so much of spark between the two strong bodies of leader.

“it’s clear as the scene plays out that Yara quite likes Dany. We share a lot of little looks and there’s some playful language in how we talk to one another – Dany asks if the Iron Islands ever had a queen, and Yara says, ‘No more than Westeros.’ They recognize the girl power undertow between the two of them.”

Even the terms of negotiation over the support of each other were quite very quick and Whelan admits that the queen herself is a very quick decision maker and so the demands of Daenerys towards exterminating the practice of reaving and rape was agreed by Yara so quickly as she was there asking for support for good

“I think at that moment, Yara knows that she’s got to cut something that means a great deal to her for the long game. Yara recognizes that her whole way of life has changed anyway. As it stands, she’s not welcome back at the Iron Islands, so sacrificing that way of life possibly isn’t that big of a deal. She’s taking a leap and teaming up with someone who’s got other ways of doing things. In a very quick amount of time, she has to play that chess game and say, ‘OK, no more.’”

Now with the help of Yara, Daenerys literally can head towards Westeros and attain what she has been craving for from all these years, in fact actually from the very beginning of the show. But the interesting part is the latest ally and how this would work up in the future is quite an intriguing part to look at but that will set right and experience only in Season 7.

Major stories will bounce back and forth to their relative conclusion in the respective setting the characters are placed into. So lot many stories that have been brought to development throughout season 6 has got a great drama and intensity to reveal up in the season’s finale tomorrow in “The Winds Of Winter”. Game Of Thrones 6 Episode 10 The Winds Of Winter Spoiler

King’s Landing which is all set to experience a great massacre following the much-hyped trial of Cersei Lannister and Loras Tyrell. But it is not them who die out; instead, it is someone on the realm that we are talking about. It has been long speculated that Tommen Baratheon dies anytime soon and that moment will finally be unleashed in the season finale. According to a potential leak by a Reddit User who has been pretty much up to the mark in bringing major event happenings in the show accurately and even proven correct. For an instant, the whole Battle of the Bastard and many other episodes important events had been described in such details which came out to be true ultimately in the show and that makes us follow and believe in this Reddit thread even for the finale, which carries out two different stories originated in King’s Landing.

            1. The Wildfire Under King’s Landing

So it may be this moment where this possible spoiler come to life, which states that Tommen under this chaos to secure himself jumps out of a window from the Red Keep and die, or he watched someone important get killed (probably Kevan Lannister) and hence the Burden of all this tension and manipulation that brought him to this violence, urge him to take a step to commit suicide.

Finally, the episode also explores that avenging, grim yet, back to karma kind of final confrontation sequence of Sansa-Ramsey who is ultimately killed by his own Hounds. We probably will go there by the end of this post but before we begin let us look through what the Synopsis has to say. The official synopsis isn’t available but a brief description has been conceived from the Game Of Thrones documents of Emmy Submission and all it says is this

“Season Finale. Cersei faces her trial.”

Means Cersei will finally be called up for the trial in the Sept of Baelor, well that’s where this first religious trial will be held, along with Loras Tyrell who is still a prisoner of Faiths and awaits his trail too. But according to the scene, we came across in the 8th episode, where Qyburn notifies Cersei of a finding and believe it’s none other than, a huge amount of Wildfire that is enough to burn down the city. With the kind of situation that has been going around, Cersei won’t be giving up that easily. Game Of Thrones 610 “The Winds Of Winter” List Of Possible Prediction

                0

The last Sunday episode “Battle of The Bastard” brought happiness to a lot of the fans when they saw Ramsey die his own practiced way of killing people, the pressure certainly did show up on Sansa’s face as well in the final frame of the episode and now as the Winterfell is in the right hands of Jon and Sansa the north is kind of settled for the next episodes. Also in Meereen, Daenerys has acquired quite a support that leaves no room for doubt that it’s the right moment for her now to head towards Westeros. Well with that leaving behind, the stage is set the show to bring the season to its 6th editions climax and hence we would be moving back and forth to a lot of places to conclude or at least bring the major twist to their final revelations. So acquiring almost each once storyline and prior events on the show, also the speculated theories we bring you people this list of essential questions and derive possibilities of the moments that might take place in Game Of Thrones 6 Finale “The Winds of Winter”

Warning: Episode 10 The Winds Of Winter Spoiler Ahead!!!

                Who rules Winterfell?

Game Of Thrones 610 Sansa Stark

Winterfell now officially belongs to House Stark but there’s bit of problem about who is going to rule? Because before the Battle of the Bastards, with Rickon Stark alive there had been hoping for a legitimate successor of House Stark but with him dead now things are pretty dubious as for Lord of Winterfell is concerned. Because practically Jon can’t become the lord as he ain’t a Stark, Bran according to them is like the dead; well we know he is alive but not them. So that leaves us to Sansa Stark the true-born Stark lady at Winterfell now, so maybe a change there might just be a Lady of Winterfell. And why not with every lady character in the show leaving their impacts such as Yara, Daenerys, Margaery and Cersei, hence why not Sansa and for that matter if it wasn’t for her bringing reinforcement with the help of Littlefinger in the battle of the bastards, Jon wouldn’t have even seen any victory. There’s another question that arises from this as Littlefinger isn’t the person who helps people without any reason, what’s in it for him, he is really affectionate towards Sansa or he has got some plans of his own. Anyway coming back to our point there are great chances she might take up the title of Warden of the North, Lady of Winterfell.

                Final Vision of Bran Stark

Game Of Thrones 610 The Winds of Winter Bran Stark

With Bran Stark sharing the screen space in the finale episode as confirmed from the Trailer, it only suggests that Bran would revisit the Tower of Joy into his visions which were left in middle previously in the season as the young Ned Stark make his entry into the tower. Many believe that Lyanna Stark sister of Ned, who was abducted by Rhaegar Targaryen will be found inside with a baby and this happens to be none other but Jon Snow himself revealing Jon’s true parentage. Now that gives a whole lot of a space for more conflicting storyline majorly when both Daenerys and Jon Snow coming face to face.

                Varys and His Secret Mission

Game Of Thrones Season 610 The Winds Of Winter Varys

Varys has is a known spymaster in Westeros and his secrets has got secrets, but this time the case is different as he known that queen Daenerys will set course to King’s Landing and would need a strategy while they invade the city. Well this comes straight from the book “A Dance with Dragons”, which suggest the story of Varys killing both, hand of the King “Kevan Lannister” and Grand Maester Pycelle so to cause chaos in the city as the Lannister army wouldn’t be prepared for any sudden defense to act against the army of Daenerys Targaryen and they will get an easy way in.

                Daenerys Set Course For Westeros

Game Of Thrones 610 Daenerys Targaryen

Now it’s a high time that our Queen Daenerys Targaryen needs to sail for Westeros. She has got almost everything, an army of Dothraki, the Unsullied, also with last episodes latest allies Yara Greyjoy provided her with the ship that could help her take two huge armies to Westeros. The Iron Throne on which once sat his ancestors was taken away merely by piercing the sword behind his back, which has always made her get what was hers. Even Tyrion In the latest trailer mentions that “You are in the great game now”, well the great games means she is done with Essos and in no time she will set sail for Winterfell, possibly that could be the finale.

                Cersei Turns Trial in Trouble

Game Of Thrones 610 The Winds Of Winter Cersei Lannister

Throughout the season 6, the narrative of King’s Landing has been developed for the very reason of carrying out the trails of Cersei Lannister and Loras Tyrell. Loras has been captured by the faith, but Cersei is out and with her prior actions of choosing ‘Violence’ we can see that she won’t be giving in so easily and now with Tommen banning the Trail by Combat all across the seven kingdoms, Cersei has no way over the Trail. So there many chances that the trouble will be caused and in this particular picture from the side of Cersei, there is only one trouble that lies and it’s the Mountain. He himself is capable of 10 people alone and with recently Jonathan Pryce confirming that the final trial would be Something unpleasant. And the possibilities are that in the course of this conflict a theory suggests that Tommen will die.

The above content has been brought together merely from the hundreds of speculation that surround, also from the rumors that calls them in and are moreover possibility than them happening for actual. But with the kind of show it is anything is possible so wait up for the next Sunday as The Winds of Winter arrives on Sunday the 26th on HBO Networks. For now, Watch the preview trailer of The Winds of Winter.
